Helsing concludes transformation to Societas Europaea (“SE”)

Munich, 2nd June 2025 - Helsing, the leading European defence technology company, today concluded its transformation into a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE). Helsing SE was entered in the commercial register on the 2nd of June, 2025.

The new corporate structure with an Societas Europaea (SE) holding company underscores Helsing’s deep-rooted European identity and its commitment to Europe. The SE structure underpins the company’s ambitious growth trajectory for the future, enabling Helsing to manage its international footprint more efficiently and facilitate its expansion across Europe. This legal change has no impact on contractual partners, clients, employees or the company’s leadership structure.

Helsing was founded to provide Artificial Intelligence to protect our democracies. Helsing works with partners in governments and across industry. Together, we develop systems that leverage AI and autonomy to provide autonomous mass that is sovereign, scalable and affordable.
